Dromana Pre-School’s Commitment to Child Safety:
All children who attend Dromana Pre-School have the right to feel and be safe. The safety and well-being of the children in our care is always our first priority, and we have a zero-tolerance approach to child abuse and harm. We aim to create and provide a child-safe and friendly environment where children are safe and feel safe; a place where children feel empowered and comfortable to be themselves, to have their voices heard, and to express their thoughts and opinions on matters important to them.
We strive to pay particular attention to the cultural safety of Aboriginal children and children from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds as well as children with a disability or additional needs.
